As the number of Coronavirus cases continues to remain prevalent in the world, Royal crown Packaging has taken several preventive measures to protect our employees and ensure business continuity.

We have taken the following actions:

Assembled across functional response team, tasked with assessing risk, implementing preventive policies and reviewing daily intelligence from professional sources.

Upgraded hygiene policies and implemented spread reduction measures on-site. This includes suspending all non – essential meetings and travels as well as continually reviewing our participation in upcoming conferences and trade shows

Implemented flexible working and self — quarantine policies. Following the completion of a successful

‘stress test’, we are fully prepared to remain operational should these policies need to be actioned.

Taken additional measures for anyone entering our offices that have recently traveled to/ from a category 1 or category 2 country within the preceding 14 days, and/or has been in contact with someone that they believe could have been infected with the virus.

Over the forthcoming weeks, we will continue to assess the risks and carry out regular reviews of our action plans, taking daily advice and information from WHO and the Ghana Government, and will update our policies accordingly. It is vital that we take these proactive and preventative steps to ensure we continue to protect our employees and others by minimizing the spread of COVID- 19.

Therefore, we can confirm that it is business as usual at Royal Crown Packaging Limited and we continue to do our utmost to avoid any disruption to our normal business.
