CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK CELEBRATION 2016

RCPL carried its maiden activity Customer Service Week from the 3rd to 7th  October 2016. Activities for the week included a staff durbar to explain what Excellent Customer Service  is all about. This was facilitated by Leaders and Mentors.

This was followed by a planned visit to our cherished customers to say thank you for trusting us with their businesses. The week progressed with a colour themed dress up by all staff ‘ Represent in your RCPL Colors i.e. Royal blue, white and turquoise)  The week long activity was crowned on Friday where staff dressed in the attires of their origins’. The Royals go African to showcase our diversity and oneness.

Staff who had displayed acts of excellence, innovation, teamwork  amongst others were recognized  and presented with awards ranging from MD CEO Awards, Customer Service Staff Awards, Most Innovative Staff and Department’ Awards, Brand Ambassador, Best Poet, Best dressed staff for the various themed dress up days, etc.

To climax of the week was a surprise appearance by Manifest a renowned hiplife artiste who trilled staff with his performance.
