COMMISSIONING OF STOP SIGNAGE AT THE KOTOBABI NO.2 CLUSTER OF SCHOOLS.
As part of RCPL’s corporate culture, we believe in executing meaningful projects/activities in the area of education to assist the community in which we operate.
In line with this, RCPL on Tuesday 11th July,2017 commissioned Two (2) Stop signages at the Kotobabi No.2 Cluster of Schools crossroad, Spintex-Accra.
This road safety initiative was embarked on to prevent accidents on the busy road during usage by pupils and neighbors.
The General Manager for Sales Mrs. Gifty Mensah Kwarko was assisted by the Sub- Metro Director of Tema Metropolitan Assembly Mrs. Nancy Nyarko- Amissah and Head mistress of the school to officially commission the signages
Officials from the Urban Roads also took the pupils through a demonstrative exercise to familiarize themselves with its usage.
Present at the event were the Assemblyman of the area, selected RCPL staff, Engineer from the T.M.A and Teachers of the school.
Mrs. Nancy Nyarko -Amissah and the Headmistress of the school expressed their profound gratitude to RCPL as this project had been of great concern to them over the years.
